Troubleshooting of ordinary sprayer

(1) The lever does not work. When the stem pressure is compressed, if the pump is running water or not working, the cup is often shrinking, hardening or damaged, so you should remove the oil or replace the new one.

(2) Poor atomization. When the spray breaks, water vapor sprays out. The main reason is the welding and desoldering of the outlet pipe in the barrel, which can be removed by soldering. If the spray mist shape is not conical, the reason is that the spray hole is blocked, the nozzle hole is not round, and the debris in the spray head can be removed and the spray head piece can be replaced.

(3) Many leaks. The water leakage from the spray bar is due to the welding or cracking of the weld, which should be repaired or replaced. Water leaks at the joints, thread can be tightened or the gasket oil can be replaced. If the switch leaks, the switch cap is loose; if the seal ring is damaged and the switch core sticks, it can be tightened, replaced, cleaned, and refueled.
